The truth is, in order to afford it, we have to rent it; we hope you will enjoy Hawaii as much as we do. For a very limited time we are offering a INTRODUCTORY flat $125 rate. Now this low rate does not include Kalikimaka stays, we're not completely pūpule. It costs extra to see Santa Claus in Hawaii. A 5 night minimum stay and $100 cleaning fee apply to all rentals. |

Our unit is not in any rental pool program; this allows us to give you a much better rental rate. To see what the blue book has to say about the Fairway Villas click this link http://www.wizardpub.com/bigisland/brfairwayvillas.html. All 165 of the condos in the Fairway Villas are privately owned. You can rent through one of the large rental programs or directly from one of the owners. Individual owners can usually give you a much better rate because they do not pay large commissions to the rental management companies. To check the rental company rates follow these links.

Deposit of 25% of the total fees is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation. |

We accept personal checks, credit cards (2% credit card fee), money orders or cashier's checks. |

Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival for low season, and 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas (Kalikimaka) season. |

Questions:
We have tried to think of everything and include as many pictures of our condo as possible. These pictures are really I-2 and not some generic condo. We may have moved a chair or replaced a bed
spread, but, the condo you are renting is the one you see in these pictures. We bought this condo because we enjoy Hawai'i and I never tire or talking story about Waikoloa, the Big Island, or Hawai'i. If you have a question just e-mail or call. Payment:
Checks should be made payable to Seth Medlin and mailed to: Seth Medlin, 611 N 35th St, Morehead City, NC 28557-3126. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% fee and can be handled via phone or e-mail.
Cancellation Policy:
If you have to cancel the reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED not less than 60 days prior of your check-in date. We will refund the amount you have paid with a deduction of $50 for the cancellation fee. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid unless we are able to re-rent the unit, in which case we will only deduct $50 for the cancellation fee and refund the remainder of your payment.
Refundable Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The refundable security deposit will be returned to you within three weeks (usually within just a few days if I am not out of my office) if the premises are vacated in reasonably clean condition and nothing is missing or broken. The manager of the unit will check the premise for damage and take inventory.
