I-2 Waikoloa Fairway Villas Photos Page

2011 was a year of change for
our Hawaiian condo. We were there Christmas 2010 and decided to
replace the bedspreads, next thing we knew we had replaced the mattress
in the master bedroom, all the towels, sheets, put a new Teak table and
chairs on the lanai and, my personal favorite, a new teak bench at the
front door. The bench is excellent for removing shoes to go
Hawaiian style. We decided we were tired of having the carpets
cleaned in the bedrooms and decided to replace the carpet with hardwood
floors. Since we are in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, it was
going to take 2 months to get the materials for the new hardwood floors,
so that was put off until our next trip in July 2011. Once
everything was out of the bedrooms we decided to repaint everything in those
rooms. I have never really
liked the black appliances in the kitchen either, so we replaced
them with new stainless steel appliances in July too. As long as
we are having new appliances delivered, we decided to replace the washer
and dryer; the washer and dryer are very important; then we put in a new
water heater, new garbage disposal, replaced the chair upholstery too...
Wow, I did not want to go home. It took until November to get the
photographer to take new pictures. You can see the virtual tour at these

Some of these photos were taken by a professional. I bet you can tell which ones are professional.
