I don't know how they make the hibicus beside our lanai bloom all year long

This is a mongoose and giant toad doing battle just off our lanai

With a little help from his friends, the toad wins and the mongoose retreated

Mostly we see Mynah birds, but shore birds live at the lake and there are small colorful birds too
