We are moving to the beach and can’t take the house with us We are moving to the beach and can’t take the house with us. Our loss can be your gain. We custom designed and built this contemporary house in 1989; it reflects quality and design characteristics that only a builder would build into his own personal residence. The open, contemporary floor plan is reminiscent of a Frank Lloyd Wright house.
