| New construction in the full daylight basement. We have just about finished the basement as was originally designed so the house now has all 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. See the house plans. The carpet went in December 3 so about all that is left is some garage baseboards and garage light fixtures. (materials are in the garage now) The job is so small I am having trouble finding a contractor to do the work. I think I will do it myself, but I would like the weather to warm up some first. |  |

We are moving to the beach and can’t take the
