Prodigy Vision's improved technology detects subtle bone changes in a

lateral vertebral assessment.
Utilizing direct-digital detector technology, Prodigy Vision delivers
rapid scans, near radiographic imaging and dose efficiency three to five
times better than existing machines.
GE Lunar densitometers are capable of performing a myriad of scanning
applications and are renowned for their reporting and communication
abilities. Effective patient management requires a densitometer that
delivers precise, accurate results.
GE Lunar reports are concise and easy to interpret, improving communication with referring physicians and patients. These reports clearly displays the patient information, scan image, and the fracture risk assessment and provides trending tables and graphs to assist physicians in monitoring changes in bone density over time.
This new Bone Densitometry testing machine is engineered to provide reliable results with automated fast throughput. It is now possible for patients to have the added convenience of Bone Densitometry testing and Evaluation for osteoporosis performed without the need for an appointment. Simply obtain a referral from your primary care physician and show up between 8:30AM and 4:30PM. Most insurance plans cover bone densitometry testing at least every 2 years.
